Case study · Website development + SEO
A solar website built and ranked from scratch: 180 quote requests in under 7 months for BADA IT
Design, development, SEO architecture and a lead-management back office for BADA IT, a solar panel installer in Tunisia. The site captures price queries - the ones that precede a purchase - and the team now manages all of its clients in the tool we delivered.
Client: BADA IT · panneau-solaire.tn · Launched: 9 February 2026 · Period: February - early September 2026
Last updated:
- 180 quote requests
- 3,330 organic clicks
- 330 leads managed
- Top 3 on price queries
The context
BADA IT installs solar panels in Tunisia. In this market, customers search in French and in Arabic.
At the start, the company had no online presence: no website, no page to show a prospect. Everything below started from a blank page.
Our scope
One provider, the whole scope:
- Design and development of the site
- SEO architecture and ranking work
- Lead-management back office
- Measurement in place from day one (Search Console, GTM) - not added after the fact
What we built
10 city pages and 6 service pages
The service pages are segmented by use case: residential, business, agricultural, water pumping, self-consumption, STEG grid-tied. Each segment has its own page, content and queries.
A bilingual French / Arabic site
The market searches in both languages; the site answers in both languages.
An instant quote simulator
The site's conversion mechanism: the visitor gets an immediate estimate, and the request arrives qualified.
A lead-management back office
Requests from the site automatically create a lead; the team can also enter its own by hand. All follow-up happens in one place.
Measurement before launch
Search Console and GTM configured before the first visitor: the figures on this page exist because measurement was there from day one.
The results
180
quote requests in under 7 months
Through the site's form, from February to August 2026. Contacts arriving via WhatsApp are not counted. A test advertising campaign run in July 2026 contributed part of this volume.
330 leads managed, 150 of them entered by hand
The BADA IT team manages all of its clients in the tool, wherever they come from. That is proof of adoption, not a marketing volume: the delivered tool became the working tool.
3,330 organic clicks, 63,600 impressions
Search Console, organic traffic only, as of 4 September 2026. Average CTR: 5.2%. 79% of those clicks arrived in the June - August quarter: 2,640 clicks in three months. That share falls mechanically as traffic keeps accumulating after the campaign stopped - the hold described in the timeline.
Purchase-intent queries
The queries captured are mostly price and cost queries (prix, ثمن, سعر, أسعار, تكلفة). That is the result of an architecture choice - segmented pages, a quote simulator - not luck.
Top 3 organic positions on several price queries
Average position across all queries: 6.3. Several price queries, the ones that precede a purchase, sit in the top 3 organic results.
The timeline, unretouched
A new domain's traffic curve does not go up in a straight line. Here is the real one:
- 9 February 2026. Launch. New domain, no history.
- February - June: the plateau. Five months of near-zero organic traffic. That is the normal delay for a new domain, the time Google needs to crawl it, index it and grant it trust.
- Early July: the breakout. Organic traffic takes off.
- July: test advertising campaign. Run in parallel, it contributed part of the period's requests.
- After the campaign stopped. Organic traffic stabilised well above its pre-July level, and has held there.
The five-month plateau is the direct answer to the question every SEO buyer asks: "will I pay six months for nothing?". Yes, a new domain goes through this plateau; no, it does not last - provided the architecture is built for the queries that matter. We show this period rather than hide it: it is part of every project that starts from zero.
What remains to be done
French queries still sit mostly on page two: that is the work in progress. A case study that names its blind spots is more credible than a sales page; this one will be updated when those positions have moved.
You want a site that produces requests, not just visits
We design, build and rank your website with measurement in place from day one - and we show you the figures, like here.
