1. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of seoforge.fr and its free speed test tool, published by SEOFORGE (French SAS (société par actions simplifiée), SIREN 100 198 860, 6 Résidence des 3 Forêts, 78380 Bougival, France). By using the site you accept them in full. Paid services (Growth Audit, 90-day Sprint, Monthly management, and the services described on the service pages) are covered by a separate quote and specific terms. Monthly management starts with a 3-month commitment, then continues with no commitment: it can be cancelled with a simple e-mail before the end of the month.
2. Free speed test tool
The tool analyses the URL you enter using the Google PageSpeed Insights API and other automated checks. Results are provided for information only: they are neither a complete audit nor a guarantee of rankings. You agree to analyse only websites you own or are authorised to analyse.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access to its systems, use it in an automated or abusive way (scraping, bulk requests), or transmit malicious code. SEOForge may restrict access in the event of a breach.
4. Intellectual property
The entire site (text, visuals, logos, code, generated reports) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to SEOFORGE or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited. Third-party brands and tools mentioned (Google, WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
5. Liability
SEOForge strives to keep published information accurate and the site available, without guaranteeing the absence of errors or interruptions. The site is provided "as is". SEOForge cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or of the free tool's results, nor for limitations or changes to third-party services it relies on (in particular Google APIs). Links to third-party sites are provided for information; their content does not engage SEOForge.

7. Changes
SEOForge may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your use.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of SEOFORGE's registered office.
