Automate the tasks that waste your time
Marking a product "unavailable", warning when stock runs low, copying orders into a spreadsheet: everything you do by hand on your site can follow a simple rule. Trigger → rule → action. We analyse it and set it up.

Does any of this sound familiar?
Repetitive tasks make no noise: they just take a little of someone's time, every day.
-
Stock is updated by hand
A sold-out product stays "available" until someone notices - often a customer.
-
The same data is entered twice
Orders, contacts, invoices: copied from the site into a spreadsheet, a CRM or invoicing software.
-
Nobody is warned in time
Stock below threshold, blocked order, form received: the information arrives when someone thinks to look.
-
Tools do not talk to each other
The site says one thing, the physical store another, the accounts a third.
-
Tasks stop when someone is away
A day off or a busy day, and the updates wait.
-
Data-entry errors are expensive
A mistyped price, a forgotten status, an e-mail sent to the wrong customer.
What you get
-
01
Fewer manual tasks
Whatever follows a rule is done by the site, not by your team.
-
02
Fewer errors
A rule applied automatically is applied the same way every time.
-
03
A site that reacts in real time
Out of stock, back in stock, new order: the site updates itself and warns the right people immediately.
-
04
Time for what matters
Your team spends its time on customers and products, not on copying data.
What we automate
Concrete examples, in e-commerce and beyond. If a task follows a rule, it is a candidate.
-
Stock & availability
Product out of stock → automatically set to "Unavailable". Product back in stock → status updated, no intervention.
-
Alerts & notifications
Stock below a threshold, pending order, form received, customer review posted → the right person is warned by e-mail or in Teams.
-
Syncing between your tools
Site ↔ spreadsheet, CRM, invoicing, Microsoft 365: data entered once is updated everywhere.
-
Orders & customer follow-up
Confirmations, shipping updates, abandoned-cart reminders, review requests after delivery.
-
Content & publishing
Scheduled publishing, product pages created from a supplier file, prices and promotions applied on a date.
-
Reports & tracking
Sales, stock, leads, rankings: a report sent every week, with nobody preparing it.
Our method
Understand what you do by hand before automating anything.
-
1
Observation
We list the repetitive tasks with you: who does them, how often, how long they take.
-
2
Selection
We keep the ones that follow a clear rule and are worth automating.
-
3
Rules
Every automation is written in plain language - trigger, rule, action - and validated with you.
-
4
Set-up
We set it up on your site and your tools, then test it on real cases.
-
5
Follow-up
Every automation keeps a record of what it does; you are warned if something does not go as planned.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change my site or my tools?
No. We automate from what you already use: your site (WordPress, Shopify, custom), your spreadsheets, your CRM, your invoicing software, Microsoft 365. If a tool makes an automation impossible, we tell you and suggest an alternative.
What is a "trigger → rule → action"?
It is the simplest way to describe an automation. The trigger is the event: "a product's stock reaches zero". The rule is the condition: "if the product is not on pre-order". The action is what happens: "set the product to Unavailable and warn the team". All our automations are written this way, so you can read and adjust them.
What happens if an automation fails?
It never fails silently. Every rule keeps a record of what it did, and you are warned if an action could not be carried out - for example if a tool does not respond. You can then handle the case by hand, as before.
How long does it take to set up an automation?
A simple rule on a single tool is set up in a few days. Syncing between several tools takes more like two to three weeks, testing included. The initial map gives you an estimate for each rule before starting.
Do you also handle Microsoft 365?
Yes: e-mail, Teams and SharePoint configuration, and automations between your site and Microsoft 365 (Teams notification on every order, order recorded in a SharePoint list, report e-mailed every week).
Does it replace my team?
No, it gives them time back. Automations take care of what follows a rule; decisions, customers and exceptions stay in your team's hands. That is exactly where they add the most.
